For many years, our company has been a prominent bright steel producer.

Bright steel is used in the car, mechanical engineering, textile, and instrument producing industries, on account of its special measuring tolerance and surface quality.

Since this is a matter of a semi-manufacture product, bright steel will have to be machine processed (cutting or non-cutting) to turn into high-precision fitting-ready mass parts. For this purpose, screws, bolts, piston rods, shafts/axles, toothed gears, and all kinds of mould parts are required. On these parts, further processing may be run, such as case hardening and hardening and tempering, induction hardening and surface refining.

Bright steel is available drawn (C), peel turned (SH), and ground (SL), as well as heat treated, and in further processed parts, such as shortened pieces.

We draw bright steel in the dimension areas of: Round 3 – 100 mm, Square 5 – 50 mm, Hexagonal 6 – 50 mm. Grinding in the dimension area of 4 – 100 mm, and peel turning in the dimension area of 16 – 150 mm.

Keeping about 25,000 tons of bright steel in stock distributed all over the world. Thus allowing for reliable, timely delivery. Our bright steel production includes state-of-the-art facilities for production of fix lengths in any model, while keeping the closest of tolerances, small and heavy batch production, top modern procedures for material testing (ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing), a laboratory featuring the latest technology, modern quality management which will also meet the stringent requirements of the automobile industry.
